Community Event: Second Sunday Self Care Series
Join me on the 2nd Sunday of each month for a community sound healing. Sessions are $40 each, two spots are available for each session at free or reduced rates (pay what you can) for those who need.
ONLY 8 SPACES FOR THESE EVENTS so pre-registration is required! Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation and the address location nestled in our new peaceful, forested Woodinville studio.

Columbia Athletic Club ~ Juanita: Members can join my class every second Saturday from 2-3 at the club!
Exos Gym Sites: I am an employee with the Exos Company team. If your building has an Exos managed gym, you can contact your gym manager and ask them for a session at your location. Currently working with gyms at Nintendo, Premera, and multi-use buildings such as "The 8" in Bellevue.

Let us craft a sound bath to help bring your body into a parasympathetic healing state through a full sound bath and vibrations specifically targeted to your pain or injury.

GROUP SESSIONS
Immerse yourself in the therapeutic benefits of a full sound bath with your friends, family, or business. We can customize your sound bath to your specific group desires and goals!
Base fee for in home group or business sessions:
$150 for an hour session plus $10 for

CRYSTAL HEALING GRID ADD ON
Enhance your experience with intention crystal grids that can be customized to any goal you may have! This add on can be for individual or group settings. Crystal grids will add approximately 10 minutes to your healing session.
Individual Session: $10 additional charge
(includes more stones)
Group Sessions: $5 additional charge per participant

Welcome to Songbird Sound Healing. My name is Heather Lynn Arnold, and I have been an elementary music educator and local vocal musician for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals experience the profound impact music and sound can have on overall well-being.
I am dedicated to introducing clients to the emotional and physical benefits of sound healing, as well as supporting those who are already engaged in their holistic wellness journey. I offer personalized sound healing sessions in the comfort of your home or business, thoughtfully creating a nurturing environment where you can explore your well-being and access your own transformative potential.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions begin with a brief guided meditation or crystal grid experience to help you relax and prepare for the immersive sound portion of our time together. You may choose to sit up or lay on the floor. Many choose to lie on the floor so please have a yoga mat and pillows for head and knee support. If you do not have this equipment, let me know and I will work to provide that for you. Many clients enjoy utilizing a blanket or eyeshades as well.
During the sound bath, you will hear a variety of instruments designed to encourage deep relaxation and meditative brainwave states to activate our bodies natural parasympathetic healing response system. Experiences vary—some people feel immediate relief, some process emotions, some notice physical sensations, and others simply rest or fall asleep. All responses are natural and welcomed.
Simply being present allows the physical and emotional benefits of sound healing to unfold!
